HOW TO: Prepare your CRM

To use the Insert as Picture-Field-functionality, we first have to prepare our CRM-entry and insert the picture.

There are two ways to do so.

 a) Store a picture in your CRM-system

Open the entity for which you want to add the picture for and upload the picture.

In our example, we insert the picture as a note.

b) Store a path to a fileshare in your CRM-system

To do so, simply type in the path to the fileshare you want to store (in any prefered CRM-field).

In our example we have stored the path to the fileshare in the Description-field.
