How to enable debugging for PowerSearch (Silverlight)

Step-by-step instruction
on how to activate debugging for PowerSearch

Debugging for Power Search is very easy.

 

Example 1:

crm:5555/PTMEDVSystemeGmbH + the following link

[Servername+Organisation]
/webresources/ptm_mscrmaddons/PSStartPage.html#debug=true

Should you get an error message, please proceed with the following steps:

 

1) Click on the [Export to Excel]-button in the upper right corner of your screen.

Now please save the file.

Please note: Please save the file as a CSV file rather than as an XLSX file.

 

Example 2:

crm:5555/PTMEDVSystemeGmbH + the following link

[Servername+Organisation]
/webresources/ptm_mscrmaddons/PSConfigPAge.html#debug=true

Should you get an error message, please proceed with the following steps.

1) Click the Export to Excel Button on the right hand side of your screen.
